Search for something specific, or hide the goals already in your plan. You can shape the celebration without having to build its structure from scratch.

Do I need every detail decided?
No. Start with what you know: a place, a date, your people or the kind of celebration you have in mind. The written event vision and the plan can develop as you make decisions.
Can I build a plan without starting from a blank page?
Yes. Start by describing your wedding and let aiDo build the goals and planning items behind it. You can use the catalog to add more, explore traditions or write a goal of your own.
Is there a separate place for to-dos?
Yes. The to-do page has board, grid and list views, with filters and a deadline overview. Hosts can edit task status, assignee, deadline and notes. Tasks can also be linked to their event or planning work.
How does candidate comparison work?
A decision has requirements and candidate options. The comparison shows how each option meets those requirements, including partial fits and unknowns. Open a result to inspect the recorded evidence, and add a checking task when something still needs an answer.
Does approving an option book it?
No. Approval records the choice and the event changes shown in the preview. You still arrange and confirm the real booking with the venue or supplier.
Is planning included in the free plan?
Yes. Planning is included in Free. The guest app, concierge and announcements are Pro benefits; Destination adds travel tools.
