AGENDAS, PEOPLE & THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

Give every moment a plan.
Give everyone their part.

An agenda with the people taking part. Inventory with the tasks still to do. Updates when something changes. Bring the preparations into the day you have been planning.

THE AGENDA & THE PEOPLE IN IT

Your brother is the emcee.
Give him his cue.

Build each event’s agenda with start and end times, notes and participants. Add a person and their role to the moment they are part of: an introduction, a reading, a song or a speech.

Your wedding party and family can see who is involved. Add preparation tasks to an agenda item so the work behind a moment stays beside it.

  1. Welcome everyone.

    Daniel · Emcee

  2. A song for the couple.

EVENT INVENTORY

The rings. The mic.
The things easy to miss.

Keep an inventory for each event: the decor, rentals and other items it needs, with quantities, status and setup notes.

A confirmed item can still have work attached. Assign the collection, setup or return to someone, give it a deadline, and keep track of completion in To-dos.

When you are checking the preparations, the items and the work still outstanding are there to review.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Can I add a family member to an agenda item?

Yes. Choose a guest invited to that event and give them a role for the agenda item, such as emcee, reader or singer. Participants and their roles appear with the item.

How are tasks different from agenda participants?

The participant records who takes part in a moment and in what role. A task records work that needs doing, with an assignee, due date and status. You can attach preparation tasks to an agenda item.

Can I track supplies and rentals?

Yes. Event inventory holds items, categories, quantities, status and setup notes. Add tasks for work such as collection, setup and returns, and track those tasks through completion.

Will an AI-drafted announcement send on its own?

The announcement workflow shows the proposed message and audience for review before you choose to send. Guest announcements are a Pro benefit.
