Yes. Guest management is your host workspace for people, invitations, replies and their details. The Pro guest portal is where invited guests follow the celebration, find information, ask their concierge and share photos.
Can I keep dietary restrictions and allergies with a guest?
Yes. The guest record includes dietary restrictions, with room for the details you need to remember. Guests can also update dietary needs in their own profile.
What can I personalize about a guest’s AI?
The AI Guest Guidance field accepts preferred names, tone, sensitivities and relationship context. aiDo receives that guest-specific guidance alongside their wedding context.
Does an aiDo-only note become a guest guide?
No. The audience setting controls whether a note appears as a readable guest guide. Active notes can still inform aiDo’s answers; choose “Guests only” or “aiDo and guests” when you want a guide to appear in the portal.
