FOR THE PEOPLE YOU INVITED

The celebration,
easy to find.

BEFORE THEY GO

One less thing
to remember at the door.

The guest experience begins before anyone arrives. Guests can keep their own arrival and departure details up to date and, with Destination, choose their stay and prepare a personal packing list.

Pack for the wedding and the time around it: the ceremony outfit, shoes for an afternoon out, and the charger that’s still plugged in.

WHEN THE CELEBRATION BEGINS

Know where to be.
And the part they play.

A guest needs more than the time of the ceremony. Their portal connects the events they’re attending with the practical details that make the day easier.

THEIR SCHEDULE

“What’s happening today?”

See invited events, timings and locations. Open the event for its agenda, dress code, FAQs and available guides. Add individual events to Google Calendar or download the schedule for another calendar.

THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES

“When’s my reading?”

Guests with assigned jobs can see their own to-dos. Their concierge can look up agenda roles and assigned responsibilities, including when and where they’re needed.

GUIDES, FAQS & PRACTICAL CONTACTS

A warm welcome
they can come back to.

Hosts can publish wedding-wide guides on the dashboard and guides for individual events. Guests can read those notes, open event FAQs or ask their concierge about the details.

The People directory helps guests find one another. Contact cards show the information a person has provided, with email or WhatsApp links when available. Nearby shows people who choose to share their location.

THEIR OWN CONCIERGE

For the question
they hadn’t thought to ask.

“What should I wear?” “Who can help me get there?” “What am I doing in the ceremony?” Guests can ask naturally, with their own events, travel details and the wedding’s information as context.

You can add guidance for each guest too: a preferred name, a useful relationship detail or the way they like to be spoken to.

BETWEEN THE WEDDING PLANS

A morning free.
A little exploring.

Guests can ask their concierge for places nearby and help putting a route together. aiDo can look up places, arrange stops and give them a route to open in Google Maps.

It’s useful for the hours around the celebration: a coffee, a walk, a few sights, then back in time to get ready.

A FEW THINGS A GUEST COULD ASK

“Can you make a route from our hotel, with a few stops, and bring us back?”

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Do guests need an account to RSVP?

A valid personal invitation link lets a guest RSVP to their invited events without creating an account. Pro adds access to the fuller guest portal.

Can each guest have a different schedule?

Guests see the events they’re invited to. Event details can include timing, location, agenda, dress code, FAQs and published guides. Their concierge can also look up their assigned tasks and agenda roles.

Can guests plan some sightseeing around the wedding?

They can ask the concierge to find nearby places and put together an itinerary with ordered stops and a Google Maps route. It gives them a practical way to explore between wedding events.

How do guides and concierge answers work together?

Hosts choose whether a note is for aiDo, for guests to read, or both. Published guides appear on the wedding dashboard or an event page. Notes available to aiDo supply context for concierge answers.

What can guests keep up to date themselves?

Their profile photo, phone number, dietary needs and RSVP. They can choose wedding or local time and enable push alerts on supported devices. When travel is enabled, they can add their own arrival and departure details.

What does Destination add for guests?

Accommodation information and personal stay details, plus personal packing lists with item states, bags, event outfits and departure-day items. Flight tools help the host coordinate guest travel; each guest can share their own journey details.
