One late shuttle on your wedding day, and 20 things have to change

The guest shuttle will be 20 minutes late. That’s the only thing that changed.

Two things change right away. 40 guests are waiting in the hotel lobby for that bus. They need the new pickup time.

Sam, your best man, is on that bus too. And he has the rings.

The bus now gets there at 3:55. You won’t start without 40 of your guests, so the ceremony moves to 4:15.

The rings are due at the officiant at 3:40. Sam won’t make it.
